Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Sites Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance, growth, and strategy of our affiliate websites. This role blends project management, SEO awareness, content oversight, and commercial thinking. You’ll be responsible for coordinating content, managing freelancers, optimising site performance, and ensuring our websites continue to deliver traffic and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple affiliate sites in the dating, adult, and AI niches

  • Monitor site performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and implement strategies for growth

  • Coordinate content production, updates, and QA with writers and editors

  • Manage freelancers and external contractors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to drive rankings and organic traffic

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments in affiliate marketing, dating, and adult AI

  • Report regularly on performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and platform guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing affiliate or content-driven websites

  • Strong understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing, and content strategy

  • Comfortable using WordPress and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.)

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills

  • Strong communication skills with experience coordinating freelancers or remote teams

  • Commercially minded with the ability to spot new growth opportunities

  • Experience in dating, adult, or AI-related industries is a strong advantage
