Job Description
We are looking for a motivated SEO Specialist to manage and grow our portfolio of affiliate websites. This role involves hands-on optimisation, content scaling, keyword research, and technical SEO improvements to ensure our assets rank highly across competitive niches. You’ll work closely with writers/editors to maintain top-quality standards while driving organic growth.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and scale content production with a focus on SEO and QA

Implement SEO-driven changes using data from Search Console, Analytics, and other tools

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Perform regular site audits to fix errors and improve performance

Manage freelancers, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery

Prepare SEO concepts and recommendations to improve rankings and traffic

Stay up-to-date on niche relevant trends industry trends to keep our assets ahead of competitors
Requirements

2+ years of experience in SEO, content, or online marketing

Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical)

Familiar with WordPress and site management

Experience with lead-gen or affiliate sites (dating, adult, or AI industries a plus)

Fluent English and strong communication skills
